The apartments were well-designed, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. the property was centrally located, within a short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We felt secure with the 13 ft. fence surrounding the property, and the individual garages for each villa were a convenient feature. the pool area provided a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing in the mornings and evenings.

Late-night noise from nearby clubs and the sound of cars and motorcycles on the busy streets made it difficult to sleep at times. Some of the cookware in the kitchen was in poor condition, with damaged non-stick coating on most pans.

I recently stayed at Luxury Coco Villas for a week-long vacation. The accommodations were well laid out and perfect for my needs. I was impressed with how quiet it was, even on the weekends, and I am a light sleeper. Both Augustin and Hazel were incredibly nice and attentive to any concerns. The central location was fantastic, and I loved having easy access to restaurants and the beach. The pool was a great addition, and with only six units, it never felt crowded. the villa was very clean, comfortable, and secure.

The Luxury Coco Villas really exceeded our expectations. We got great value for the money we paid, with a spacious and clean two-bedroom apartment that had a well-equipped kitchen. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. The staff, especially Gerardo, the manager, were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with some basic supplies like salt, pepper, coffee, and tea provided in the apartment for guests, especially for those who arrive early in the morning and need something to get through the first day.

We stayed at a wonderful villa in Coco and had a great experience. Oscar, the manager, was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic stay. He arranged for us to check in early so that we could go on a sailing cruise in the afternoon. When we had trouble finding the property, Oscar was just a phone call away and even sent someone to meet us and guide us there. the groundskeeper, Augustine, was also very kind and helpful. the villa itself was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. the pool was great, and the whole property felt secure and well-maintained. it was a wonderful place to stay. Cons: Don't have any issues at all. 👍🏼.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it easy to access everything we needed. We also enjoyed the fact that there were tour operators nearby, which made it convenient for us to plan our days and explore the city. The pool area was a real highlight for us - a peaceful sanctuary where we could relax in the mornings and evenings.

we were disappointed to find that the kitchen was not stocked with basics like coffee filters, salt and pepper, and oils. It would have been nice to have these supplies available to us, especially since we arrived early in the morning after a sleepless night of traveling and had to figure out where to buy things for our first day.

The space in our villa was great for my partner and me. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying them together. The convenience of the nearby Lindora for drying our scuba diving and beachwear was a plus. And the location couldn't be better, with all the restaurants and shops just a short walk away.

While the beds were comfy, they were a bit too firm for our liking. We also had to deal with ants on the property, which made spending time on the patio a bit uncomfortable.
